Key responsibilities & impact

  • Coordinate monthly briefings for C-suite stakeholders
  • Track communication metrics and manage the enterprise Cyber Portal
  • Lead regular phishing simulations across all sub-businesses
  • Establish reporting standards and provide visibility into knowledge gaps
  • Manage the repeat phish clicker remediation program
  • Plan and lead the annual Cyber Awareness Week, including agendas, speakers, and logistics
  • Coordinate cross-functional teams, tabletop exercises, gamified learning, and leadership engagement
  • Lead monthly KPI reviews and project status updates for security leadership
  • Oversee the organizational budget and resource utilization
  • Work with legal, Labor and Employment, and the European Works Council to ensure compliance with policies and regulations
  • Coordinate metrics, report budget status, and assist Cyber Services teams with sourcing resources and software

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in computer science, Information Systems, or a related field
  • 5–10 years in IT or Cybersecurity with a strong grasp of security controls and regulations
  • 5–10 years of experience in L&D, Corporate Communications, or Security Awareness
  • Exceptional ability to translate complex security concepts into clear, actionable language for diverse audiences
  • Proficiency in instructional design and modern learning tools, such as Articulate and LMS
  • Proven success in leading large-scale initiatives and interpreting data to drive program improvements
  • Strong influence, collaboration, and public speaking skills
  • Creative, analytical mindset with a focus on behavior change
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
