About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform construction, building, and commissioning activities on customer sites
Support site mobilization, civil work, erection, and commissioning work
Manage activities related to the construction and commissioning scope
Supervise installation and construction operations, including civil, erection, and mechanical/electrical installation
Lead junior team members directly or indirectly
Manage subcontractors with technical expertise
Execute technical tasks according to established instructions and work routines
Rearrange task sequences based on changing work situations
Resolve technical issues within established procedures and consult senior team members when needed
Develop customer relationships and serve as the interface between the customer and GE
Explain technical information to others

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
High school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Project Management & Installation & Construction as an alternative to a bachelor's degree
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
