About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Responsible for construction, building, and commissioning activities on customer sites
Manage work from site mobilization through civil, erection, and commissioning activities
Supervise installation and construction operations, including civil, erection, and mechanical/electrical installation
Lead others directly or indirectly and manage subcontractors
Execute technical tasks according to established instructions and work routines
Rearrange task sequences based on changing work situations
Apply technical knowledge to execute policy and strategy
Integrate own team's work with other teams and contribute to the broader area
Make decisions within a defined framework and resolve technical issues
Develop customer relationships and serve as the interface between the customer and GE

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college
Alternatively, a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Project Management & Installation & Construction
Strong oral and written communication skills
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
