About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead end-to-end execution of turnkey power generation service projects
- Deliver projects against contractual, financial, safety, quality, schedule, and specification targets
- Lead upgrades, modifications, and relocations for industrial gas and steam turbines
- Build and maintain customer relationships as primary point of contact
- Drive swift resolution of project challenges
- Create project execution strategies and coordinate engineering, procurement, logistics, and field operations teams
- Manage project financials, including cost forecasting, margin enhancement, and risk mitigation
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders on scope and change management
- Apply Lean management principles and share best practices to improve service delivery
Requirements
What you’ll need- Proven ability to lead large-scale, complex industrial service projects focused on power generation infrastructure
- Ability to navigate complex contractual terms and manage multidisciplinary project teams
- Expertise in project financials, risk management, and schedule control
- Interest in applying Lean methodologies to optimize project performance and reduce waste
- Strong interpersonal skills to build consensus and influence stakeholders in international, cross-functional settings
- Approximately 25% travel to project sites as required
- Formal education in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field is a foundation for the role
- Professional project management certification (PMP) or training highly valued
- Proven ability to deliver complex projects and drive operational excellence
