About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Manage the full-cycle recruiting process for early-career roles in Engineering, Finance, Digital, and Operations.
- Post jobs, source candidates, screen applicants, conduct interviews, and negotiate offers.
- Represent GE Vernova at career fairs, campus interviews, and networking events.
- Build and maintain partnerships with universities and student organizations across the EMEA region.
- Partner with hiring managers to understand talent needs and develop targeted sourcing strategies.
- Maintain accurate and timely ATS data for compliance and recruiting-metrics reporting.
- Identify opportunities to improve recruiting-process efficiency.
Requirements
What you’ll need- 3-5 years of professional experience, ideally in early-career recruiting or a similar HR function.
- Comfortable working in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.
- Exceptional organizational skills and acute attention to detail, with the ability to manage multiple priorities simultaneously.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills; confident and engaging presenter when speaking with students, faculty, and internal leaders.
- Proactive, self-motivated, and energized by mentoring early-career talent.
- Native or professional working proficiency in both French and English (written and spoken).
- Willingness to travel during peak campus recruiting seasons.
- A formal degree is valued but not required; professional experience and achievements are prioritized.
