Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ability to lead large-scale, complex industrial service projects focused on power generation infrastructure
  • Ability to navigate complex contractual terms and manage multidisciplinary project teams
  • Expertise in project financials, risk management, and schedule control
  • Knowledge or interest in applying Lean methodologies to optimize project performance and reduce waste
  • Strong interpersonal skills and ability to build consensus and influence stakeholders in international, cross-functional settings
  • Formal education in Engineering, Business, or a related technical field is a great foundation
  • Professional project management certification (PMP) or training is highly valued
  • Proven ability to deliver complex projects
  • Ability to travel to project sites approximately 25%
