About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Design, build, and deploy agentic AI solutions addressing Compliance problems across monitoring, third-party risk management, trade controls, and open reporting/investigations
  • Rapidly prototype and iterate AI-powered workflows using internal AI tools, commercial LLMs, and orchestration tools
  • Integrate internal tools, platforms, and stakeholder needs into scalable solutions
  • Collaborate with professional services partners on strategic initiatives
  • Coach Compliance teams on directing and governing hybrid human/AI-agent workflows
  • Establish governance practices ensuring AI-agent solutions are defensible, transparent, auditable, and aligned with enterprise AI standards
  • Enable Compliance professionals to build and govern their own AI solutions
  • Advise internally on AI capabilities and limitations based on hands-on experience
  • Connect and reuse solutions across the Compliance Digital Transformation portfolio
  • Surface project insights for larger strategic investments
  • Maintain awareness of evolving AI best practices and capabilities
  • Engage functional stakeholders to understand problems, translate pain points into solutions, and validate outcomes
  • Iterate based on feedback, adoption, and value generation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree in business, Finance, Law, Data Science, AI/Machine Learning, Information Systems, or a related field
  • Hands-on experience in compliance, risk, audit, legal operations, analytics, or a related function
  • Demonstrated experience building and deploying AI or automation solutions in a complex, global environment
  • Proficiency with commercial LLMs, including OpenAI, Anthropic, and Google
  • Working knowledge of workflow automation or agent orchestration tools, such as n8n or Power Automate
  • Strong communication skills with the ability to translate between technical and non-technical audiences
  • Familiarity with AI governance frameworks, responsible AI principles, or model risk management practices
  • Ability to work independently, manage multiple workstreams, and deliver at speed without heavy oversight
  • Experience in change management, process improvement, or operational integration work
  • Preferred: familiarity with Python, SQL, or other scripting/query languages
  • Preferred: familiarity with Power BI or similar BI/visualization tools
  • Preferred: experience coaching or training others on technology adoption
  • Preferred: experience working with external consultants or professional services teams on technology delivery
