About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Act as the single point of contact to the customer for timely and satisfactory resolution of concerns covering assigned support services
Maintain knowledge of assigned region, coverage area, or product lines and associated configuration installations
Represent the most direct access to appropriate internal functions to support the customer
Establish and maintain contact to provide ongoing technical and business support to assigned customers
Influence strategy development for the area of responsibility, including control of resources and policy formulation
Interpret business challenges and recommend best practices to improve products, processes, or services
Stay informed of industry trends
Use judgment to make decisions and handle complex operational, product management, manufacturing, technology, or engineering problems
Assess information quality and ask pertinent questions of stakeholders
Develop recommendations and solutions to problems outside set parameters using internal and external sources
Lead functional teams or projects with minimal resource requirements, risk, and complexity
Communicate difficult concepts and influence others’ opinions

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s Degree from an accredited University, OR an Associate's degree from a college, OR a High School Diploma / GED and 7 years of experience in a power generation industry
Minimum of 5 years of Technical Field with Heavy Duty Gas Turbine/and or Steam Power experience
Strong oral and written communication skills
Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Demonstrated ability to lead programs / projects
Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
Established project management skills
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
