About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Support the installed base through customer issue resolution, fleet issue resolution, service bulletin implementation, Monitoring & Diagnostics, and fleet configuration
- Maintain fleet data
- Manage outages
- Resolve technical customer issues
- Ensure customer objectives for wind turbine availability and production are delivered

Requirements
What you’ll need- Advanced experience in Engineering/Technology & Fleet Management
- For roles in the USA: Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 6 years of experience in Job Family Group(s)/Function(s)
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
- Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
- Established project management skills
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
