Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Enrolled in a full time nationally accredited baccalaureate program in a technical field
  • Use of AI and agentic AI for automation and workflow and process flow improvements
  • Minimum 3.5/4.0 overall GPA (without rounding)
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data analysis
  • Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
  • Genuine interest in contributing to innovative solutions
  • Previous internship or project experience in engineering or operations
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Must be willing to take a drug test as part of the selection process
  • Must be willing to submit to a background investigation as part of the selection process
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Must be able to develop and maintain good customer relationships
  • Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
  • Must be willing to work in geographical area specified by the business
  • Must have the ability to work in the US for an unlimited amount of time without sponsorship
