About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Serve as a strategic execution leader within the Major Correctives organization
Deliver complex, high-risk, and high-value wind turbine corrective campaigns across North America
Own multiple customer portfolios and major corrective workstreams
Manage Major Component Upgrades, blade services, Liftra crane-less exchanges, and fleet reliability campaigns
Own customer satisfaction, financial performance, vendor management, scope execution, resource alignment, and operational excellence
Champion safety culture and own portfolio-level EHS performance and corrective action closure
Ensure compliance with GE Vernova standards, customer requirements, regulatory obligations, prevailing wage requirements, and certified payroll governance
Maintain audit readiness and drive quality improvements and root cause analysis
Serve as primary operational contact for assigned customer portfolios and build executive-level relationships
Lead business reviews, project reviews, corrective action discussions, escalations, and recovery planning
Develop customer-specific execution strategies aligned with contractual commitments and fleet priorities
Drive customer satisfaction, retention, and growth opportunities
Own execution strategy and financial performance across major corrective workstreams
Deliver contracted major corrective work from bid through project closeout in partnership with commercial sales
Manage budgets, financial risks, change orders, pricing support, scope development, invoicing, working capital, and project closeout
Own strategic contractor and vendor relationships and lead performance improvement initiatives
Develop execution strategies using internal and external resources and support contractor sourcing and capacity planning
Lead execution reviews, optimize resource utilization, identify bottlenecks, and support workforce planning and deployment
Drive standardization, operational excellence, lessons learned, and continuous improvement
Mentor and develop Project Managers and Associate Project Managers
Coach team members on customer management, financial ownership, and execution leadership
Support succession planning, talent development, hiring, onboarding, and performance management
Promote accountability, ownership, and continuous improvement

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Construction Management, Business, Project Management, or equivalent field experience
Minimum 5 years of experience managing wind energy, heavy industrial, construction, outage, or major maintenance projects
Demonstrated experience leading complex MCU, blade, or large corrective maintenance campaigns
Experience managing customer relationships and contractor workforces
Strong financial acumen including forecasting, budgeting, margin management, and change order recovery
Knowledge of crane operations, lift planning, logistics coordination, and field execution
Experience operating within prevailing wage environments
Proven ability to manage multiple projects and stakeholders simultaneously
PMP certification
Lean or Six Sigma certification
Experience managing Liftra operations
Experience leading catastrophic response programs
Experience supporting utility-scale renewable energy fleets
Multi-site portfolio management experience
Experience leading customer business reviews and contract execution discussions
Legally authorized to work in the United States
Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
