Requirements

What you’ll need

Enrolled in a full time nationally accredited baccalaureate program in a technical field
Use of AI and agentic AI for automation and workflow and process flow improvements
Minimum 3.5/4.0 overall GPA (without rounding)
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data analysis
Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
Genuine interest in contributing to innovative solutions
Previous internship or project experience in engineering or operations
Strong oral and written communication skills
Willingness to take a drug test as part of the selection process
Willingness to submit to a background investigation as part of the selection process
Must be 18 years of age or older
Ability to develop and maintain good customer relationships
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Willingness to work in the geographical area specified by the business
Ability to work in the US for an unlimited amount of time without sponsorship
Legally authorized to work in the United States
