About the role

Requirements
What you’ll need- Enrolled in a full time nationally accredited baccalaureate program in a technical field
- Use of AI and agentic AI for automation and workflow and process flow improvements
- Minimum 3.5/4.0 overall GPA (without rounding)
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint, Word) and familiarity with data analysis
- Proactive attitude and willingness to learn and adapt in a fast-paced environment
- Genuine interest in contributing to innovative solutions
- Previous internship or project experience in engineering or operations
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Willingness to take a drug test as part of the selection process
- Willingness to submit to a background investigation as part of the selection process
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Ability to develop and maintain good customer relationships
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Willingness to work in the geographical area specified by the business
- Ability to work in the US for an unlimited amount of time without sponsorship
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
