About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define, own, and execute end-to-end data, analytics, and AI product delivery for Power’s HDNU & Nuclear organization
  • Ensure analytical and AI products are delivered on time, within budget, to high-quality standards, and with measurable business value
  • Establish product vision and define complex business and technical requirements
  • Translate business priorities into scalable, user-centric Analytics and AI solutions
  • Orchestrate cross-functional delivery and drive adoption and integration into day-to-day operations
  • Oversee AI product delivery from data-readiness assessments and proofs of concept through MVP delivery, production deployment, and operational transition
  • Partner with AI Strategy, Data Science, AI Architecture, Data Architects, and AI Strategy Portfolio teams
  • Build and maintain a demand pipeline and establish intake and prioritization processes
  • Define and execute the roadmap for data, analytics, and AI products through ongoing optimization
  • Translate agile planning demand into capacity plans and lead Program Increment planning
  • Work with OCIO and strategic partners to onboard resources and capabilities
  • Serve as primary liaison among executive stakeholders, Digital Technology, business operations, and delivery partners
  • Facilitate workshops and implement improvements across tools, processes, and workflows
  • Translate business needs into features, user stories, acceptance criteria, and prioritized product backlogs
  • Ensure compliance with data quality, architecture, cybersecurity, internal controls, privacy, and regulatory standards
  • Establish standard work and optimize analytical platforms and operating models for scalability, reliability, and performance
  • Define product KPIs, monitor adoption and feedback, identify trends, and drive enhancements
  • Identify automation opportunities and improve process and data lineage to increase delivery efficiency and team productivity

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Computer Science, or a STEM-related field, including Science, Technology, Engineering, or Mathematics
  • Minimum of ten years of experience in data management, business intelligence, data analytics, or a related discipline
  • Minimum of eight years of technical experience, with demonstrated leadership across multiple functions and disciplines within a product or delivery organization
  • Experience with HDNU & Nuclear platforms and applications
  • Demonstrated success leading at least two significant transformation initiatives, including organizational change management and delivery of measurable business outcomes
  • Experience working in Agile and SAFe environments
  • Strong knowledge of enterprise data and analytics technologies such as Power BI, Tableau, SQL, SAP, Oracle, and Databricks
  • Familiarity with cloud, big data, and AI/ML technologies, including AWS, Python, Spark, and Java, highly desirable
  • Strong understanding of HDNU & Nuclear value streams and integration of transactional and analytical data
  • Knowledge of data governance, master data management, and the end-to-end AI and machine learning lifecycle
  • Ability to lead transformation, navigate competing priorities, influence senior stakeholders, and translate complex technical concepts into actionable insights
  • Ability to build inclusive, high-performing teams and collaborate across functional organizations
  • Knowledge of cybersecurity, SOX compliance, data governance, privacy, application controls, and regulatory requirements
  • Experience applying Lean principles, structured problem-solving, and continuous-improvement methodologies
  • Exceptional interpersonal and communication skills
  • Legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Ability to obtain authorization for access to U.S. export-controlled information, if applicable
  • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
