About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Track Orders, Backlog, Revenue, and Margin (CM) within Wind
  • Partner with P&L and functional leaders
  • Conduct analyses of key P&L lines and develop understanding of Income Statement KPIs
  • Develop knowledge of Data Requests (DR), SAM (Sales and Margin) process, FP&A Masterfiles, and Profit Walks
  • Analyze performance and propose action plans to improve profitability and cost control
  • Support weekly pacing, closings, and monthly financial data reporting
  • Connect GL to the ledger to achieve accurate forecasting and pacing models
  • Solve problems and create or improve financial processes
  • Monitor development and support technical and analytical decision-making
  • Act as a resource for less experienced colleagues
  • Lead small, low-risk projects
  • Explain information and help team members reach consensus
  • Prioritize information for data analysis and make decisions using internal and limited external sources

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced experience in Finance & Income Statement for roles outside the USA
  • Knowledge level comparable to a Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with relevant experience, for roles outside the USA
  • Bachelor's degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma with minimum 5 years of experience, for roles in the USA
  • Minimum 5 years of professional work experience for roles in the USA
  • Strong oral and written communication skills
  • Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
  • Ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Ability to lead programs/projects
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
  • Established project management skills
  • For U.S.-based positions, legally authorized to work in the United States
  • Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
