About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead planning and execution of complex Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning programs across multiple teams and geographies
- Own integrated program plans, milestones, dependencies, priorities, risks, and issues throughout the delivery lifecycle
- Act as Global Scrum Master for cross-functional teams
- Facilitate Agile ceremonies, maintain healthy backlogs, and drive a strong delivery cadence
- Manage AI/ML initiatives from Proof of Concept through Minimum Viable Product and implementation
- Partner with data scientists, engineers, architects, business stakeholders, and external providers
- Apply Lean principles to reduce waste, improve processes, and increase delivery efficiency
- Ensure programs operate effectively within complex industrial environments, focusing on quality, operational continuity, safety, and structured delivery
- Align delivery with NPI / Stage-Gate governance
- Provide value-focused reporting on progress, risks, dependencies, issues, and key performance indicators
- Coordinate between leadership, business teams, technical teams, and external partners
- Translate business requirements into actionable delivery plans
- Track delivery performance, adoption, and business impact
- Maintain effective RAID management and challenge assumptions where needed
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another STEM-related field
- Extensive experience in program management, project management office functions, and Scrum Master roles
- Strong capabilities in program planning, governance, dependency management, and RAID tracking
- Strong hands-on experience with Agile methodologies
- Extensive experience in industrial environments such as manufacturing, energy, automotive, aerospace, or similar sectors
- Good understanding of NPI / Stage-Gate governance
- Solid understanding of Artificial Intelligence and Machine Learning programs, including development, integration, deployment, and adoption
- Fluent written and spoken English
- Proven application of Lean principles is a differentiator
- Experience working with technical teams, vendors, and business leaders on AI/ML or digital transformation initiatives within multinational industrial organizations is a differentiator
- Familiarity with DevOps, systems engineering, industrial data platforms, and delivery tools such as Jira, Azure DevOps, or equivalent is a differentiator
- Experience working in multi-vendor environments is a differentiator
