  • Supervise the assembly and installation of mechanical Balance of Plant (BOPm) systems at hydroelectric power plants, ensuring compliance with deadlines, contractual requirements, and quality standards
  • Collaborate with site and construction managers to plan the sequence of activities, ensuring the availability of the required workforce, tools, and resources
  • Monitor the competency and performance of contractors, ensuring that execution strictly follows procedures, technical specifications, and quality guidelines
  • Ensure that all activities are performed in compliance with company safety standards and local regulations, safeguarding personnel and equipment
  • Maintain up-to-date control of technical drawings and documents, issuing Non-Conformance Reports (NCRs) and coordinating technical solutions with engineering teams
  • Provide training to customer teams on system operation and deliver ongoing technical support during and after the assembly process
  • Promote process reviews and the sharing of lessons learned with the engineering team to optimize future operations

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed technical education in mechanical engineering, electrical engineering, electrotechnology, or related fields
  • Previous experience as a BOPm assembly supervisor at hydroelectric power plants
  • Intermediate English is a plus
  • Intermediate Spanish
  • Availability for frequent international and domestic travel and assignments at project sites
