About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Manage the full materials cycle, overseeing invoice verification, deviation control, physical inventory, and the storage process in accordance with the Project Preservation Manual
Plan activity execution in coordination with Site and Construction management, ensuring the availability of labor and resources, as well as compliance with deadlines and contractual requirements
Provide technical leadership to the team and supervise subcontractors, controlling service quality and the receipt of materials and instrumentation for installation and commissioning
Ensure the technical compliance of work with specifications, standards, and quality guidelines, keeping all technical documentation on site at the latest revision
Manage 100% of nonconformities (NCRs), requesting reports, resolving technical issues in partnership with Engineering, and ensuring the prompt replacement of materials without impacting field operations
Be responsible for the safety of all personnel on site, ensuring strict compliance with company safety standards and local regulations throughout all activities
Provide technical support to the client and internal team, promoting continuous process improvement and sharing lessons learned across the organization

Requirements

What you’ll need

Completed technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, Business Administration, or related fields
Previous experience in warehouse analysis and industrial materials management
Intermediate English is a plus
Intermediate Spanish
Availability for frequent international and domestic travel and assignments at project sites
