About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Manage the full materials cycle, overseeing invoice verification, deviation control, physical inventory, and the storage process in accordance with the Project Preservation Manual
  • Plan activity execution in coordination with Site and Construction management, ensuring the availability of labor and resources, as well as compliance with deadlines and contractual requirements
  • Provide technical leadership to the team and supervise subcontractors, controlling service quality and the receipt of materials and instrumentation for installation and commissioning
  • Ensure the technical compliance of work with specifications, standards, and quality guidelines, keeping all technical documentation on site at the latest revision
  • Manage 100% of nonconformities (NCRs), requesting reports, resolving technical issues in partnership with Engineering, and ensuring the prompt replacement of materials without impacting field operations
  • Be responsible for the safety of all personnel on site, ensuring strict compliance with company safety standards and local regulations throughout all activities
  • Provide technical support to the client and internal team, promoting continuous process improvement and sharing lessons learned across the organization

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Completed technical education in Mechanical Engineering, Electrical Engineering, Electrotechnics, Business Administration, or related fields
  • Previous experience in warehouse analysis and industrial materials management
  • Intermediate English is a plus
  • Intermediate Spanish
  • Availability for frequent international and domestic travel and assignments at project sites
