About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead product marketing strategy and go-to-market execution across the GVH portfolio, including new launches, service expansions, and SMR program milestones
- Build audience-specific narratives translating technical capabilities into customer and business value
- Serve as a market and customer expert on how utilities, plant operators, and emerging customers evaluate and buy
- Track competitive dynamics, industry trends, and regulatory developments to inform positioning, packaging, and go-to-market recommendations
- Partner with Product Management, Engineering, and Commercial teams to shape packaging, positioning, and market launch
- Lead sales enablement through messaging, tools, training, and playbooks tailored to fuel, services, SMR, and software customers
- Define and track product marketing metrics including launch adoption, pipeline contribution, win rates, and enablement usage
- Connect initiatives to commercial outcomes and partner with Commercial Operations to trace impact on deal wins and revenue growth
- Create and manage thought leadership content, executive presentations, and customer, analyst, and press narratives
- Provide stakeholders visibility into launch status, positioning decisions, and program ROI
- Report business impact to leadership to guide investment decisions
Requirements
What you’ll need- 4+ years of product marketing experience, including experience marketing complex, technical, or highly regulated products/solutions
- B2B product marketing experience required
- Bachelor's degree required, preferably in business, marketing, engineering, or a related field
- Experience in energy, industrial, or technical/engineering-driven markets strongly preferred
- Experience marketing in energy, nuclear, industrial technology, or other critical infrastructure sectors
- Experience across highly technical, regulated offerings and innovation-led offerings
- Experience establishing and tracking product marketing KPIs and using data to demonstrate commercial impact
- Experience leading product launches and go-to-market execution across engineering, commercial, and regulatory stakeholders
- Strong technical fluency to engage credibly with engineers, plant operators, and technical buyers
- Ability to translate complex technical concepts into clear narratives for technical and executive audiences
- Experience enabling direct/technical sales and partner teams with content and tools
- Strong business and analytical acumen
- Ability to use market research and customer insight to inform positioning and go-to-market strategy
- Outstanding written, verbal, and presentation skills
- Excellent collaboration and stakeholder management skills
- Ability to operate in a fast-paced environment with multiple concurrent priorities
- Passion for nuclear energy's role in decarbonization and energy security
- Demonstrated ability to lead and manage multiple, varied product lines or offerings simultaneously
- Access to U.S. export-controlled information may require authorization from the U.S. Government
- Legally authorized to work in the United States
- Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
- Master's degree/MBA preferred
