About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Develop and maintain integrated project schedules, budgets, cost estimates, and forecasts from tender through project completion
Ensure alignment with as-sold commitments and Global Project Controls standards
Monitor project schedule, costs, commitments, productivity, and forecasts
Analyze trends and variances, identify schedule and cost risks, and drive or support mitigation actions
Maintain accurate project financials and data in SAP and Unifier
Keep budgets, forecasts, approved project reviews, change orders, and cost movements aligned
Provide internal and external project reporting on schedule, cost, forecast, risk, and overall project status
Collaborate with key stakeholders and third parties as required
Manage new order booking, customer setup and validation, change orders, billing plan updates, invoicing, cash collection, and project cash planning
Coordinate internal financial interfaces and support change-order calculations, claims, project closeout, and other project controls activities
Lead and guide Project Cost Control Analysts on larger or more complex projects

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college, or a high school diploma/GED with at least 3 years of relevant experience
Minimum of 2 years of project planning experience
Minimum of 2 years of project cost-control experience
Ability and willingness to travel up to 10%
Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
Strong English communication skills, written and verbal
Proficiency in Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
Basic knowledge of Primavera P6 and SAP
Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
Demonstrated attention to detail
Proactive, collaborative, and team-oriented approach
