About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Operationalize the PFM CoE
- Manage operational metrics including Demand Placements, Margin Review Prework, and Policy 6 support
- Champion process and system compliance
- Lead and develop the regional team to simplify and create world-class standard processes and policies
- Establish operational rhythms and rigor through Daily Management
- Ensure contract and operational excellence and event preparation readiness
- Act as the regional focal point for Service Directors and regional leadership
- Provide a consolidated, reliable, and current view of the outage pipeline
- Champion LEAN culture and lead transformation efforts aligned with the broader Operations strategy
- Guide continuous process improvement and prioritize automation opportunities
- Ensure accurate and timely execution of Events Management, On Time Demand placement, billing issuance, and billing and collections forecasting
- Lead a team of Sub Regional PFMs
- Anticipate and escalate risks and issues to CoE leadership
- Identify, recruit, develop, and retain talent
- Foster partnerships with cross-functional teams and other CoEs
- Ensure a seamless experience for Service Directors, CPMs, Services Managers, and related stakeholders
- Collaborate with Service Directors, CPMs, finance, IT, and parts fulfillment teams across the Order-to-Remittance process
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university or college OR High School Diploma/GED with relevant experience in Services/contract management
- Minimum of 8 years’ experience with power generation services, industrial, or manufacturing industry
- Proven experience in Services and/or Contract Performance Management
- ERP working experience
- Proficiency in MS Office
- Experience managing teams and delivering through teams
- Ability to work under tight deadlines and prioritize under pressure
- Ability to create and execute concrete action plans
- Ability to partner with horizontal teams such as Pole/ITR Finances, Fulfillment, and Operations
- Strong analytical, project management, and organizational skills
- Strong oral and written communication skills
- Strong interpersonal and leadership skills
- Prior experience in Customer Service, PFM, Field, or CPM-type roles
- Adaptability and flexibility in ambiguous or changing situations
- Prior people leadership experience
- Lean and continuous improvement mindset
- Minimum 2 years of operations leadership experience
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States
- Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
