About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Define and implement the global growth strategy for the MI and Theranostics business
- Identify growth opportunities and guide investment, differentiation, and prioritization decisions
- Build a clear portfolio narrative from complex technology, clinical evidence, and product roadmaps
- Develop creative concepts and connected product stories for major launches
- Lead marketing approaches for product launches, pricing, installed-base growth, and customer activation
- Partner with regional and commercial teams to increase awareness, preference, adoption, market share, orders, and revenue
- Align global product, marketing, and commercial teams while enabling regional adaptation
- Lead and develop a global marketing and product management team
- Set priorities, build talent, and foster a customer-focused, creative, accountable, commercially minded culture
- Maintain standards for patient safety, customer satisfaction, quality, and compliance
- Review and approve external marketing communications
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Bioengineering, or a related field, or equivalent experience
- Ten or more years of marketing experience, including product marketing
- Experience leading global teams
- Experience in product launches, commercialization, pricing, or portfolio strategy
- Healthcare or medical technology experience required
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
- Must be legally authorized to work in the United States; GE HealthCare will not sponsor employment visas
- Successful completion of a drug screen, as applicable
- Preferred: MBA or relevant advanced degree
- Preferred: Experience in Imaging, Radiology, Theranostics, Molecular Imaging, or adjacent healthcare technology markets
- Preferred: Product management, sales, or regional marketing experience
- Preferred: Experience developing portfolio, launch, or brand campaigns
- Preferred: Experience leading creative teams, agencies, or integrated marketing programs
- Preferred: Strong understanding of segmentation, positioning, pricing, and lifecycle management
- Preferred: Proven ability to lead change and work effectively across a matrixed organization
