About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Lead solution exploration using deep-learning innovation technologies in lung cancer diagnosis and treatment, neurology and maxillofacial surgery, traditional Chinese medicine reduction, and other frontier areas
- Combine other surgical products to deliver complete OEC solutions
- Assist product managers in refining key clinical value propositions for intraoperative imaging across spine, trauma, foot and ankle, and other areas
- Build and manage designated window hospitals, develop benchmark clinical application cases, and maintain partnerships with leading KOLs
- Track trends, clinical guidelines, industry consensus, and competitor procedure-promotion strategies in orthopedics, respiratory care, and key procedures; produce quarterly analysis reports
- Coordinate product, sales, clinical applications, and R&D teams to consolidate new-technology feedback and drive strategic customer cooperation projects to implementation
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree or above in a clinically related field; master's degree preferred
- Background in lung cancer diagnosis and treatment preferred; orthopedic background also acceptable
- Strong clinical expertise and rapid-learning ability
- Ability to understand innovative technologies deeply and translate them into clinical application solutions
- Excellent academic communication and KOL collaboration skills
- Ability to independently conduct academic exchanges, expert collaborations, and window-hospital development
- Strong market insight and analytical abilities
- Ability to continuously track industry trends, clinical guidelines, and competitor developments
- Excellent English proficiency
- Strong self-motivation
- Good cross-functional collaboration and project-promotion abilities
- Ability to travel
