About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Deliver on-site and remote in-depth training sessions to external customers
- Provide clinical expertise and solutions to complex customer challenges
- Design and deliver tailored training programs, including digital and online learning solutions
- Analyze local market trends and customer needs to support commercial strategies
- Collaborate with Segment and Product Managers to expand into new care areas and markets
- Build relationships with Key Opinion Leaders, key accounts, and clinical partners
- Identify and support workshops, congresses, and training programs
- Train and support internal teams on new technologies
- Monitor competitive offerings and market dynamics
- Mentor colleagues and support collaboration
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree or equivalent, with relevant ultrasound clinical/technical experience
- Proven experience working with ultrasound systems, preferably in Women’s Health
- Strong understanding of clinical education, training methodologies, and implementation processes
- Ability to communicate complex information effectively and adapt messaging to different audiences
- Willingness to travel extensively (approximately 75%, including frequent overnight stays)
- Valid driving license
- Proficiency in English
- Ability to work independently with excellent organizational and time management skills
- Excellent oral and written communication skills
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated, proactive, and accountable, with a high level of ownership
- Customer- and growth-oriented mindset
- Strong collaborative team-player mindset
- Prior medical equipment industry experience, particularly in ultrasound, is advantageous
