About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive commercial growth, financial results, share gain, and channel effectiveness for the WHXR product portfolio in the TCA region
  • Develop and implement sales strategies for Women's Health and X-Ray business in TCA markets
  • Provide in-country product expertise and support pre-sales and post-sales activities, including tender specifications and customer presentations
  • Work with sales leaders, channel partners, and account teams to develop prospects and close opportunities against sales, orders, and margin targets
  • Lead product and segment differentiation with marketing, including positioning, value propositions, and key messages
  • Roll out campaigns and build programs with global and regional marketing to improve market share and localize new product introductions
  • Deliver strategy and product-offering training for account teams and channel partners
  • Create the TCA business plan, including opportunity development, competitive strategies, distribution enhancement, and installed-base targets
  • Manage the existing WHXR installed base and ensure customer engagement, satisfaction, product performance, and support
  • Provide pricing strategy and ensure pricing compliance
  • Represent GE HealthCare at trade association meetings
  • Develop relationships with key opinion leaders in academic and target segments
  • Maintain clinical and technical knowledge of healthcare technology trends and funding mechanisms
  • Analyze market dynamics and competition to develop business opportunities
  • Uphold GE HealthCare compliance, quality, privacy, anti-competition, and applicable legal requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's Degree or minimum 5 years selling experience in medical, healthcare, technical, or Life Science fields
  • Technical and clinical expertise in imaging modalities; X-ray and/or mammography background preferred
  • Experience in Sales / Marketing in progressive leadership positions within the healthcare industry
  • In-depth knowledge of the healthcare market and decision makers
  • 3+ years' experience closing large, complex, strategic deals
  • Demonstrated business management and resource allocation skills, including business plan development
  • Previous experience working with channel partners
  • General finance knowledge, including accounting reports, profit and loss, budgeting, and forecasting
  • Outstanding influencing, interpersonal, and networking skills
  • Proven relationship-building track record
  • Excellent presentation skills for internal and external customers
  • Ability to motivate and influence within the organization
  • Excellent organizational and analytical skills
  • Ability to travel up to 50% of the time
  • Experience in strategic planning and change management
  • Ability to create new ideas through collaboration
  • Ability to work effectively in diverse teams
