About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Provide Field Service technical support including installation, repair, maintenance, and software upgrades
Install and set up ultrasound equipment at customer locations

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associates degree in Biomedical Engineering, Electrical Components or related technical degree
Bachelor’s degree preferred
Minimum of 2 years experience in the medical device industry, field service engineering, or customer facing repair
4 years preferred
Computer expertise and familiarity with Windows OS
Strong technical troubleshooting skills
Ability to travel up to 75%
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
