Key responsibilities & impact

Use technical knowledge to install, monitor, and customize clients' systems
Collaborate with Sales, Project Manager, customer IT, and biomed to implement solutions
Ensure a client has a positive experience with the purchased product
Assess and remediate existing infrastructure for installation of new solution
Perform installation, validation, and connectivity on assigned equipment
Develop and maintain strong relationships with customers to identify needs and ensure satisfaction
Provide instruction on equipment operation, diagnostics, and effective use

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelors or associates degree or equivalent experience
4+ years of experience in installing and configuring network equipment
1+ year of demonstrated leadership experience
Demonstrated experience with communicating and remediating enterprise networking infrastructure
Demonstrated experience implementing disaster recovery procedures
Maintaining current knowledge and understanding of security and networking best practices
Understanding of cyber security vulnerabilities
