About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Own the commercial product strategy across the USCAN market
  • Build and sustain high performing teams

  • Lead segmentation and product specialization strategy across the Cardiovascular portfolio for the USCAN region
  • Own strategies and tactics to drive win rate and share gain in USCAN Markets
  • Understand/voice product needs to Cardiovascular global team
  • Build and maintain strategic customer relationships
  • Identify opportunities to create value propositions and promotional strategies for specific offerings
  • Define sales strategy for Cardiovascular product portfolio
  • Ensure prioritized NPIs are effectively activated with sales tools and messaging
  • Accountable for positive leadership and team culture
  • Own and curate product training to improve sales teams

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS Degree
  • 8+ years of successful sales/marketing/product leadership experience
  • 4+ years of successful senior level sales management, product, and/or general management experience
  • Strong technical competency and understanding of GEHC Ultrasound Product Portfolio
  • Ability to develop and execute multiple priorities and approaches to meet objectives
  • Excellent communication, influencing, and team-building skills
  • Must be highly skilled at written and verbal communication both inside the company and with external customers to include executive presentation skills
  • Ability to influence and drive change cross-functionally in a highly matrixed environment
  • Healthcare/MedTech Industry experience
  • Strong management skills and capability to develop talents
  • Strongly compliance driven
  • Ability to travel including weekend travel for industry events
  • Proven track record of sales success and sales team rigor (preferred)
  • Technical competency in using financial reporting tools (preferred)
  • Ability to influence and collaborate with senior level management team (preferred)
  • Ability to negotiate complex and strategic contracts (preferred)
  • Adaptable and flexible to work environment including, but not limited to, handling multiple tasks concurrently, and easily adapting to new assignments, system, tools -- produce clear, concise, accurate written communication, clearly conveying thoughts and ideas to peers, management, and customers -- establish and maintain positive work relationships with peers, management, and customers displaying willingness to understand diverse points of view -- learn and apply new initiatives to account plans and strategy.
  • Familiarity with other GE Healthcare sales teams and structures desirable (preferred)
