About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Drive growth through service contract renewals, new business development, and account management.
  • Achieving the Solutions/Service sales OP target for assigned accounts and/or territory.
  • Ensure pricing compliance for segment opportunities.
  • Accurately forecast orders and sales using sales funnel tools.
  • Continuously monitor financial performance against targets and implement corrective actions.
  • Develop and implement strategies to drive sustainable revenue growth.
  • Build and nurture strong business relationships within the assigned accounts/territory.
  • Create and maintain opportunities within Sales Force.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Ability to interface with both internal team members and external customers as part of solutions-based sales approach
  • Problem-solving and analytical skills.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills in local language as well as good command of English
  • Fluency in Spanish
  • Negotiation & closing skills
  • Proficiency in using of Microsoft Office
  • Driving licence and willingness to travel (30-50% of the time)
