About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Independent development and implementation of a tracking system for EHS actions
  • Revision of SOPs in the area of EHS / radiation protection
  • Independent execution of administrative tasks
  • Administrative support for project management in the area of Tech Transfer
  • Preparation of reports, presentations and status updates
  • Maintenance of project plans, action lists and tracking tools

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Vocational training in business administration or equivalent qualification
  • Proficient use of MS Office (particularly Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook)
  • Knowledge of project management
  • Extensive experience with Smartsheet (project management tool)
  • Some experience in project administration or as an assistant is advantageous
  • Basic knowledge of regulated environments (EHS, QA) is an advantage
  • Work experience in the pharmaceutical sector
  • Very good German language skills
