About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Observe and perform various equipment service processes and procedures
Drive customer satisfaction and ensure proper functionality of less complex customer diagnostic imaging equipment
Support customers in hospitals and clinical settings
Complete preventative maintenance on designated equipment
Perform safety and environmental inspections
Maintain daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and follow-up
Mentor with and assist experienced technicians
Complete all planned Quality and Compliance training

Requirements

What you’ll need

AS, BS, MS degree, military education, certificate program, current student with less than 12 months from completion with a GPA of 2.0 or higher OR High School Diploma/GED with 6 months experience servicing electronic, IT or mechanical equipment
Previous experience and/or coursework successfully interpreting schematic diagrams and performing troubleshooting and planned maintenance on basic diagnostic imaging or electronic equipment
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
