About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Observe and perform various equipment service processes and procedures
- Drive customer satisfaction and ensure proper functionality of less complex customer diagnostic imaging equipment
- Support customers in hospitals and clinical settings
- Complete preventative maintenance on designated equipment
- Perform safety and environmental inspections
- Maintain daily communications with customers to ensure resolution and follow-up
- Mentor with and assist experienced technicians
- Complete all planned Quality and Compliance training
Requirements
What you’ll need- AS, BS, MS degree, military education, certificate program, current student with less than 12 months from completion with a GPA of 2.0 or higher OR High School Diploma/GED with 6 months experience servicing electronic, IT or mechanical equipment
- Previous experience and/or coursework successfully interpreting schematic diagrams and performing troubleshooting and planned maintenance on basic diagnostic imaging or electronic equipment
- Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S.
