About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Lead, coach, and develop a high-performing team of Imaging Installation Project Managers.
Build a customer-centric culture focused on accountability, execution excellence, and continuous improvement.
Develop leadership capability within the team, ensuring succession planning and talent growth.
Own regional backlog performance, including project health, installation progress, and risk mitigation.
Drive execution of installation activities to ensure on-time delivery and high customer satisfaction.
Manage revenue recognition processes in alignment with controllership and compliance requirements.
Own customer experience across installation lifecycle, ensuring proactive communication and alignment.
Partner with Commercial, Service, Applications, Supply Chain, Engineering, and Operations teams to ensure seamless execution.
Lead Lean initiatives and process improvement efforts to enhance performance and customer outcomes.
Ensure compliance with GE HealthCare Quality Management System, policies, and applicable regulations.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree and demonstrated experience as a people leader.
Significant experience in project management, including large-scale or complex implementations.
Experience in customer-facing roles and customer relationship management.
Proven ability to lead cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to develop and manage teams of project management professionals.
Ability to manage multiple projects and competing priorities in a fast-paced environment.
Demonstrated success delivering projects on time and within scope.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills with high emotional intelligence.
Ability to influence stakeholders and drive alignment across functions.
Proficiency with Microsoft Office tools.
Legal authorization to work in the United States and willingness to travel as needed.
Must reside within one of the South Markets (Houston, Dallas, Gateway).
