Key responsibilities & impact

Observe and perform various equipment service processes to drive customer satisfaction.
Support customers in hospitals and clinical settings.
Complete Preventative Maintenance on designated equipment.
Perform safety and environmental inspections.
Maintain daily communications with customers for resolution and follow-up.
Learn and ensure proper care of tools and test equipment.
Mentor and assist more experienced technicians.
Complete all planned Quality and Compliance training.

Requirements

What you’ll need

AS, BS, MS degree or High School Diploma/GED with 6 months experience servicing electronic, IT or mechanical equipment.
Reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
Previous experience interpreting schematic diagrams.
Analytical skills to communicate technical issues to customers.
Ability to develop and maintain good customer relations.
