About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

evaluate basic customer biomedical equipment issues, implement appropriate repairs
perform planned maintenance (PM), safety, environmental inspections and maintain effective customer relations
maintain daily communications with customers as directed, to ensure resolution and proper follow-up, leading to customer satisfaction
work as a member of local team to provide efficient service delivery to all accounts within assigned area
document all repair actions and submit reports/summaries according to schedule
manage schedule, travel, tools, and learning activities with increasing independence over the course of the program

Requirements

What you’ll need

AS, BS degree, military education, certificate program, current student with less than 12 months from completion OR High School Diploma/GED with 6 months experience servicing electronic, IT or mechanical equipment.
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
Experience in customer facing role(s).
Knowledge of electronic digital circuitry and understanding of electronic and electro-mechanical devices.
Strong customer communication skills.
