Provide both service agreement and time and material program management
Assist in sales campaigns for new contracts and proposals
Assure timely resolution of customer issues and customer satisfaction

Requirements

What you’ll need

Master's degree from an accredited university or college OR a high school diploma / GED with at least 6 years of experience in Executive Program Management, preferably in healthcare or medical device industry.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
Must comply with GEHC's standard background check, including a post-offer drug test.
Must comply with all customer access policies, including obtaining proof of required immunizations.
