Key responsibilities & impact

Respond to service calls within a hospital or healthcare system in Miami Dade County.
Evaluate, diagnose, and perform repair and planned maintenance on biomedical equipment.
Provide service excellence to drive customer satisfaction.
Maintain strong relationships and frequent communications with customers.
Adhere to company policies and ensure documentation of all work is captured.
Identify and report all customer quality or compliance concerns.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate degree, Bachelor’s degree, military education, or equivalent experience servicing electrical, electronics, IT or mechanical equipment.
Minimum 2 years of experience servicing electrical, electronics, IT or mechanical equipment.
Experience with electronic digital circuitry and electronic or electro-mechanical devices.
Experience interpreting schematic diagrams.
Ability to be available after-hours and/or work a rotating on-call schedule, including weekends.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
