About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Partner with Commercial regions, Operations, and OTR to support financial daily tender win, order book and contract proceeding
- Analyze revenue streams and service profitability across different services and hospital segments
- Support budgeting, forecasting, and long-term strategy with a focus on service offering mix, growth engine, patient volumes, and margin expansion.
- Provide insights into key drivers such as offer mix strategy, capture rate, Install base analysis, Solidbase/new order weight etc.
- Monitor financial performance against targets and identify risks and opportunities in region/offer/Modality.
- Prepare management reports and dashboards highlighting KPIs.
- Buildup & enhance financial models/bowler to provide timely & better visibility to commercial team.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve financial processes, Closing and reporting accuracy
- Ensure compliance with internal controls and healthcare regulatory requirements where applicable
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, or a related field
- 3–5 years of experience in FP&A, commercial finance, or business analysis, preferably within healthcare or related industries
- Strong understanding of healthcare/Service business models, including service offering, delivery, pricing etc.
- Proficiency in financial modeling, Excel, and data analysis tools (e.g., PowerBI, Tableau, Oracle)
