About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Respond to service calls to evaluate and diagnose biomedical equipment issues
Perform repair and planned maintenance (PM) on basic biomedical equipment
Maintain effective customer relations and ensure resolution and follow-up
Document all repair actions and submit reports/summaries
Support local team to provide efficient service delivery

Requirements

What you’ll need

AS, BS, MS degree, military education, certificate program, or current student with less than 12 months from completion OR High School Diploma/GED with 6 months experience servicing electronic, IT or mechanical equipment
Previous experience OR course work interpreting schematic diagrams
Must have reliable transportation and a valid driver's license
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required
