About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Proactively identify, target, and win new business opportunities, with a strong focus on converting competitive accounts.
- Develop a deep understanding of company products, solutions, value propositions, and market positioning to effectively differentiate against competitors.
- Manage the full sales cycle (prospecting, qualification, solution positioning, negotiation, and close) via phone, video, and digital channels.
- Grow and retain existing accounts by identifying upsell and cross-sell opportunities and strengthening long-term customer relationships.
- Partner with channel and distribution stakeholders to drive alignment and maximize revenue opportunities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline, consistently meeting or exceeding individual sales targets and KPIs.
- Leverage CRM tools and data insights to track activity, forecast accurately, and inform sales strategy.
- Collaborate cross-functionally with marketing, product, and field sales teams to optimize customer engagement and campaign effectiveness.
- Stay informed on industry trends, competitive landscape, and customer needs to refine outreach strategies.
- Operate with a high level of autonomy while contributing to team performance and knowledge sharing.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university OR Associate’s degree with at least 2+ years of relevant sales or customer-facing experience
- Proven ability or strong interest in inside sales, business development, or account management
- Experience with CRM systems and virtual selling tools preferred.
