About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Design and build scalable, high-performing Power BI data models and reporting solutions that support complex business needs
- Develop engaging dashboards and analytics tools that help teams make informed, data-driven decisions
- Help establish and evolve best practices, standards, and governance for data visualization across the organization
- Collaborate with stakeholders across teams (such as Finance, Operations, and Commercial) to understand challenges and translate them into clear, actionable insights
- Rapidly prototype and iterate on solutions based on feedback and evolving business needs
- Take end-to-end ownership of projects from concept to delivery, ensuring strong follow-through, proactive engagement, and that no workstreams drop without resolution
- Identify risks early, manage priorities, and ensure high-quality outcomes
- Serve as a Power BI subject matter expert, sharing knowledge and helping grow team capabilities
- Contribute to shaping the future of our data and analytics environment, including architecture and tool selection
- Stay curious—research and explore emerging technologies and industry trends to continuously improve what we build
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or another STEM-related field, or equivalent experience
- 5+ years of hands-on experience with Power BI (including data modeling, DAX, and building complex dashboards at scale)
- Strong proficiency in SQL, including querying, data analysis, and working with relational databases to support scalable reporting solutions
- Hands-on experience with the Microsoft Power Platform (Power Apps, Power Automate); exposure to Microsoft Fabric is highly preferred
- Ability to work independently and take ownership of projects from start to finish
- Strong problem-solving skills and a thoughtful, solution-oriented mindset.
