About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform on time and accurate Preventative Maintenance in one or more modalities of equipment.
Learn troubleshooting, repair, and equipment installation techniques with experienced Field Engineers.
Drive customer satisfaction through Service Excellence.
Assist more experienced field engineers with equipment installation and troubleshooting.
Communicate effectively with customers ensuring resolution and proper follow-up.
Maintain customer service logs and internal service records in a timely manner.
Engage with commercial counterparts, identify potential sales leads, and assist with promoting revenue programs.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; OR equivalent military education; OR participant in the formal GEHC Biomed/FE Services Internship or Military Externship program; OR High School Diploma/GED and 4 or more years of experience servicing electronic equipment.
Experience with Web applications as well as Microsoft suite of products.
Must comply with GEHC's standard background check, including a post-offer drug test.
Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
