Operations Coordinator

About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Serves as the central coordination point for medical equipment across the region
- Ensure timely access, optimal utilization, and cost-effective deployment of assets
- Handle equipment transfers, delivery, and retrieval across departments
- Act as liaison between clinical departments and support teams
- Collaborate with clinical staff and support teams to resolve operational and technical issues
- Adhere to compliance and quality requirements
Requirements
What you’ll need- Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred (Healthcare Administration, Operations, Business, or related field)
- Experience in healthcare operations, logistics, equipment coordination, or asset management strongly preferred
- Experience with RFID or asset tracking systems preferred
- Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with Microsoft Excel
