Key responsibilities & impact

Serves as the central coordination point for medical equipment across the region
Ensure timely access, optimal utilization, and cost-effective deployment of assets
Handle equipment transfers, delivery, and retrieval across departments
Act as liaison between clinical departments and support teams
Collaborate with clinical staff and support teams to resolve operational and technical issues
Adhere to compliance and quality requirements

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate or bachelor’s degree preferred (Healthcare Administration, Operations, Business, or related field)
Experience in healthcare operations, logistics, equipment coordination, or asset management strongly preferred
Experience with RFID or asset tracking systems preferred
Minimum of two (2) years of experience working with Microsoft Excel
