About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define and lead the global product strategy for neurology radiopharmaceutical assets, with a primary focus on Parkinson’s disease and Alzheimer’s disease.
  • Develop target product profiles grounded in unmet clinical need, customer insights, and evolving market requirements to inform development strategy and maximize asset value.
  • Build and evolve indication strategies for platform assets, prioritizing opportunities based on patient need, scientific rationale, commercial potential, and competitive dynamics.
  • Shape portfolio priorities and business cases to support investment decisions, development sequencing, and long term value creation across the neurology pipeline.
  • Lead the Integrated Evidence Generation Plan IEGP for key assets, prioritizing initiatives that accelerate adoption and demonstrate clinical and economic value.
  • Partner with Medical Affairs, Clinical Development, and Commercial teams to ensure evidence generation aligns with regulatory, reimbursement, and market adoption objectives.
  • Help define the value narrative for pipeline and in line assets, including differentiation, clinical utility, and relevance to healthcare systems and treatment pathways.
  • Oversee pre-launch, launch, and post-launch strategy across priority markets, ensuring strong cross functional alignment and execution readiness.
  • Identify opportunities for label expansion, new indications, and lifecycle optimization through real world evidence, customer insights, and market evolution.
  • Support key portfolio decisions by assessing trade-offs across indications, geographies, and development pathways.
  • Monitor global market trends, competitive activity, clinical practice developments, and unmet needs to inform strategic decisions and portfolio positioning.
  • Develop business cases for geographic expansion beyond the U.S., including assessment of market attractiveness, reimbursement considerations, clinical development requirements, and launch readiness.
  • Evaluate market maturity and health system readiness to support sequencing and prioritization of expansion opportunities.
  • Partner closely with Clinical Development to align clinical trial design, endpoints, and evidence plans with product strategy and commercial objectives.
  • Collaborate with Regulatory, Market Access, Medical Affairs, and Commercial teams to ensure integrated strategy development and execution across the product lifecycle.
  • Work with relevant stakeholders to support integration of PET imaging into neurology care pathways and broader clinical practice.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key opinion leaders, academic experts, and external stakeholders in neurology, neuroimaging, and nuclear medicine.
  • Leverage external networks and scientific engagement to inform strategy, strengthen market understanding, and support adoption of innovative molecular imaging solutions.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Advanced degree in Life Sciences, Medicine, Pharmacy, Engineering, or a related field (e.g., PhD, MD, PharmD), with strong scientific credibility and strategic orientation.
  • Significant experience in product leadership, including milestone-based product development, launch readiness, and lifecycle management.
  • Deep expertise in neurology, radiopharmaceuticals, and molecular imaging, with strong knowledge of PET and SPECT.
  • Demonstrated ability to shape product and indication strategies in complex, cross-functional global environments.
  • Strong external credibility, with established relationships in the neurology and neuroimaging community, particularly in Alzheimer’s disease and related PET imaging spaces.
  • Experience working across global markets and influencing diverse stakeholders in a matrixed organization.
  • Experience launching diagnostic or imaging products in the U.S.; neurology-focused experience strongly preferred.
