  • Lead GE HealthCare’s growth and long-term value delivery across strategic healthcare customers
  • Focus on enterprise relationships to help clients solve clinical and business challenges
  • Coach a team of Enterprise Client Directors to create partnerships featuring GEHC technology and services
  • Drive performance for Enterprise Accounts with emphasis on profitable share of wallet and margin discipline
  • Maintain relationships with senior customers by interacting with C-suite leaders
  • Lead and coach a team to elevate enterprise selling capabilities

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
  • 10+ years of successful commercial leadership experience
  • Proven ability to build and sustain C-suite relationships
  • Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed environment
  • Strong commercial and financial acumen
  • Commitment to integrity, compliance, safety, and controllership expectations
  • Track record shaping and closing cross-segment, multi-stakeholder enterprise agreements (preferred)
  • Demonstrated excellence coaching senior sellers and building enterprise account strategy capability at scale (preferred)
