Lead GE HealthCare’s growth and long-term value delivery across strategic healthcare customers
Focus on enterprise relationships to help clients solve clinical and business challenges
Coach a team of Enterprise Client Directors to create partnerships featuring GEHC technology and services
Drive performance for Enterprise Accounts with emphasis on profitable share of wallet and margin discipline
Maintain relationships with senior customers by interacting with C-suite leaders
Lead and coach a team to elevate enterprise selling capabilities

What you’ll need

BA/BS degree or equivalent experience
10+ years of successful commercial leadership experience
Proven ability to build and sustain C-suite relationships
Demonstrated ability to operate effectively in a highly matrixed environment
Strong commercial and financial acumen
Commitment to integrity, compliance, safety, and controllership expectations
Track record shaping and closing cross-segment, multi-stakeholder enterprise agreements (preferred)
Demonstrated excellence coaching senior sellers and building enterprise account strategy capability at scale (preferred)
