About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Act as the primary contact between GE HealthCare and the customer for all installation-related activities.
- Drive customer satisfaction and process productivity throughout the installation process.
- Manage multiple projects simultaneously.
- Identify, escalate, and resolve issues that may impact customer satisfaction or GEHC operational targets.
- Work cross-functionally with sales and service teams while owning the project management and implementation process for GE HealthCare Diagnostic Imaging.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree with a minimum of two years of experience in project management, OR an Associate degree with a minimum of five years of experience in project management.
- Minimum of two years of experience leading cross-functional teams.
- Ability to work independently and manage competing priorities to meet project deadlines and customer expectations while working remotely.
- Must have a valid driver’s license and be willing and able to travel regularly, including overnight travel as required.
- Formal coursework in project management and experience in construction or working with the building trades is desired.
- Experience managing large-scale projects.
- Demonstrated customer service experience in a clinical environment and familiarity with GE HealthCare products.
- Proficiency with design tools such as AutoCAD and MagicPlan.
- Current Project Management Professional (PMP) and/or Six Sigma certification.
