About the role

Key responsibilities & impact

Perform calibration & service on medical equipment.
Lead and be the Subject Matter Expert on calibration of IGS Systems and Upgrades.
Act as the primary GE HealthCare face to the customer throughout the calibration phase.
Calibrate, test, and troubleshoot vascular equipment during installation phase.
Drive customer satisfaction and keep up to date on administrative responsibilities.

Requirements

What you’ll need

Associate's or Bachelor's degree in Electrical Engineering, Biomedical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, or related field; OR equivalent military education; OR participant in the formal GEHC Biomed/FE Services Internship or Military Externship program; OR High School Diploma/GED and 4 or more years of experience servicing electronic equipment.
Experience with Web applications as well as Microsoft suite of products.
Must have and maintain a valid Driver's License.
Willingness to be available "after hours", or work a rotating On-Call schedule, including weekends, for critical issues and coverage, as necessary.
Up to 85% travel required. Dependent on geographical location or the need of the business.
