About the role
Key responsibilities & impact- Ensure first-class service contract process execution on customer service contracts.
- Install base data entry and data quality for assigned area.
- Ensure timely and accurate billing of customers for contract and non-contract services.
- Ensure quality and integrity of the customer contracts as they are entered into the system.
- Act as liaison/partner with Service Sales, Field Service, and Customers to meet commitments and resolve issues related to invoicing and contract administration.
- Manage Calibration Vendor activities such as calibration, tagging, initial release, repairs, and continuous improvement.
- Monitor the vendor to assure service delivery and metrics per contract within financial guidelines.
- Drive the Supplier Quality Engineers to address vendor issues.
- Minimize Material spent through monthly analysis, corrections, employee training and awareness, identifying and implement productivity opportunities.
- Regularly report metrics back to internal customer groups.
- Lead and be responsible for Tool & Test Equipment allocation, purchasing and repair processes, budgets, and compliance.
- Oversee GENPACT team supporting the test equipment activities.
- Manage relationships between GENPACT Process Leaders, Site Leader, and GE Healthcare Field Service Organization.
- Lead DCS Test equipment process improvement initiatives, leveraging Local Customer Team synergies and driving national operational initiatives.
- Provide communications and lead actions to meet or exceed DCS Service Delivery goals.
Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience; or an Associate’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience; or High School diploma and a minimum of 7 years of customer service experience.
- Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
- High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook, Access).
- Strong focus on customer care and satisfaction.
- Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines and commitments.
- Experience working in a healthcare environment.
- Direct or indirect leadership experience.
- Ability to communicate using local language.
