About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Ensure first-class service contract process execution on customer service contracts.
  • Install base data entry and data quality for assigned area.
  • Ensure timely and accurate billing of customers for contract and non-contract services.
  • Ensure quality and integrity of the customer contracts as they are entered into the system.
  • Act as liaison/partner with Service Sales, Field Service, and Customers to meet commitments and resolve issues related to invoicing and contract administration.
  • Manage Calibration Vendor activities such as calibration, tagging, initial release, repairs, and continuous improvement.
  • Monitor the vendor to assure service delivery and metrics per contract within financial guidelines.
  • Drive the Supplier Quality Engineers to address vendor issues.
  • Minimize Material spent through monthly analysis, corrections, employee training and awareness, identifying and implement productivity opportunities.
  • Regularly report metrics back to internal customer groups.
  • Lead and be responsible for Tool & Test Equipment allocation, purchasing and repair processes, budgets, and compliance.
  • Oversee GENPACT team supporting the test equipment activities.
  • Manage relationships between GENPACT Process Leaders, Site Leader, and GE Healthcare Field Service Organization.
  • Lead DCS Test equipment process improvement initiatives, leveraging Local Customer Team synergies and driving national operational initiatives.
  • Provide communications and lead actions to meet or exceed DCS Service Delivery goals.

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree and a minimum of 2 years of customer service experience; or an Associate’s degree and a minimum of 3 years of customer service experience; or High School diploma and a minimum of 7 years of customer service experience.
  • Legal authorization to work in the U.S. is required.
  • High proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite products (e.g., Excel, Word, Outlook, Access).
  • Strong focus on customer care and satisfaction.
  • Demonstrated ability to work under pressure and to meet deadlines and commitments.
  • Experience working in a healthcare environment.
  • Direct or indirect leadership experience.
  • Ability to communicate using local language.
