Key responsibilities & impact- Lead a commercial sales team to deliver orders, revenue and margin growth
- Achieve quarterly and yearly P&L targets for assigned geographical area
- Timely forecasting of pipeline and sales for the team
- Align territories to market potential and ensure optimal deployment of sales resources

Requirements
What you’ll need- Bachelor's degree
- Experienced in Healthcare Sales leadership position
- 7 years of experience in medical sales
- Demonstrated track record in high technology product sales / solutions
- Exemplary people management, leadership skills, as well as sales coaching & team building skills.
- High level presentation and interpersonal skills; able to communicate and present ideas to customers
- Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport, collaboration and influence at all levels
- Act as inspirational leader with optimism, highly approachable and humble.
- Demonstrated business acumen, financial and organizational skills.
- Advanced negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills.
- Live and travel within the Market (AL, AR, LA, MO, MS, and TN)
