Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor's degree
  • Experienced in Healthcare Sales leadership position
  • 7 years of experience in medical sales
  • Demonstrated track record in high technology product sales / solutions
  • Exemplary people management, leadership skills, as well as sales coaching & team building skills.
  • High level presentation and interpersonal skills; able to communicate and present ideas to customers
  • Ability to energize, develop, and build rapport, collaboration and influence at all levels
  • Act as inspirational leader with optimism, highly approachable and humble.
  • Demonstrated business acumen, financial and organizational skills.
  • Advanced negotiation, problem solving and influencing skills.
  • Live and travel within the Market (AL, AR, LA, MO, MS, and TN)
