About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Provide wing to wing leadership for the creation, development and commercial activation of customer-facing service products related to MR and Women’s Health products
  • Deep understanding of healthcare industry trends to drive programs focused on Offering Price, Share and Mix
  • Collaborate with Marketing to drive effective value proposition and Key Opinion Leader development
  • Manage the investment plan for MR and Women’s Health Service Portfolio for USCAN Service

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration or related field
  • 8+ years’ experience in marketing, product management or related field
  • Experience in a customer facing role (Service, Sales or Applications)
  • Team oriented – ability to motivate and work well with diverse, cross-functional teams
  • Excellent oral and written communications skills
  • Strong analytical and process skills
  • Demonstrated ability to analyze and resolve problems
  • Demonstrated ability to lead commercial programs/projects
  • Ability to document, plan, market, and execute programs
  • Influencing skills – ability to motivate individuals and demonstrate organizational influence
  • Ability to travel on occasion and willingness to work flexible hours to accommodate needs of customers and sales teams
