About the role

Key responsibilities & impact
  • Define, own, and drive the long‑term supply chain strategy for the Patient Care Solutions (PCS) business
  • Shape and execute strategies that improve cost, resilience, scalability, and operational performance across the end‑to‑end supply chain
  • Lead supplier transfer and NPI strategy, including initiation, governance, and execution of manufacturing transfers
  • Identify and drive opportunities across cost productivity, inventory optimization, footprint and network design, sourcing strategy, and operating‑model transformation

Requirements

What you’ll need
  • Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain Management or a related field; Master’s degree or equivalent advanced experience strongly preferred
  • 10+ years of progressive experience in supply chain strategy, operations, planning, or consulting within complex global organizations
  • Strong program leadership capabilities, including managing multiple complex initiatives in parallel and driving execution through cross‑functional teams
  • Demonstrated experience developing and executing supply chain strategies that deliver material financial and operational results
