Key responsibilities & impact

Support the Service Sales team/ Channel partners with administrative tasks, customer follow-ups, and promotional material preparation.
Assist in the creation and distribution of marketing content and Install Base campaign materials.
Organize logistics for customer events and training sessions.
Coordinate Direct/ Channel partners service offers and contract creation in collaboration with Service Sales, Legal, Finance and Service Operations.
Prepare service sales reports.
Ensure high data quality and pipeline hygiene in ServiceMax and Salesforce.
Ensure compliance with GE HealthCare commercial policies and regulatory requirements.

What you’ll need

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, Business, or related field.
Relevant experience as a Service Sales Commercial Support specialist or similar roles
Strong organizational and multitasking skills with the ability to manage competing priorities.
Detail-oriented, proactive, and able to work independently with a high level of discretion.
Excellent communication skills in Greek and English (written and verbal).
Additional language skills, particularly Bulgarian, are a plus.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, PowerPoint).
ServiceMax and Salesforce knowledge is desired.
